(More customer reviews)Intermatic timer is one tough machine. Provided you lubricate the gears, the only moving part that wears out is the clock motor. After working over fifteen years in my backyard, my Intermatic clock motor finally gave out. Replacing the clock motor is simple: after disconnecting the power, slide out the entire timer assembly. To remove motor, unscrew the two tabs on both end of the motor and reverse the procedure in reinstall. By replacing the clock motor yourself, you just saved about $50.00 rather than purchasing a new T101.
