(More customer reviews)I hunt hogs and deer in Texas. I grew up hunting deer in Michigan. This knife is a steal at the price! The blaze orange handle is such a great idea! I and others I know have lost knives in the excitement of cleaning a deer in the cold michigan snow or a hog in the thick Texas woods/brush/swamp. You simply can NOT lose an orange knife. Aside from that, the handle is so comfortable...very tactile and has a wonderful grip. Good control when cleaning an animal. Very comfortable. Additionally, the knife holds a great edge and is just the right size and shape for skinning and gutting...not too big and not too small for cleaning big game. I am surprised this knife does not cost more? It is a bargain which will serve well for many decades. We all have a favorite go-to knife that we have memories of fun hunts and trophy's with. This is a worthy partner in the field on exciting hunts...and it will get the job done right! Also, my brother just bought one for my 60 year old father (the man who taught us to hunt). He loves it!
